Dillon's is having a Halloween celebration. You can shop for some great savings and bring the kids for some "Ghoulish Games, Freaky Fun and Frightening Food". What a great way to bribe the kids so you can shop! Last weekend, they let kids decorate cookies, get face paint and they had a scavenger hunt with clues throughout the store. My guess is that this will be similar.
